These Terms of Service govern your use of the GlowStrong mobile application (“App”), operated by Design Labs Consulting, LLC d/b/a GlowStrong (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Subscription and Billing
GlowStrong offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly plan: $9.99 per month, billed monthly
- Annual plan: $59.99 per year (equivalent to $5.00 per month), billed annually
A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Your subscription begins at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
Subscription prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. To cancel, go to Google Play > Subscriptions > GlowStrong and select “Cancel subscription.” Your access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Use of the App
By using GlowStrong, you agree to:
- Use the App only for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App
- Not use the AI trainer (Ruby) for purposes other than fitness accountability and coaching
- Not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or misuse the AI conversation system
- Not share your account credentials with others
AI Trainer Conversations
GlowStrong’s AI trainer (Ruby) is powered by Anthropic’s Claude API. Ruby is designed for fitness accountability and general wellness encouragement. She is not a licensed personal trainer, medical professional, nutritionist, or therapist. Nothing Ruby says constitutes medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have existing injuries or medical conditions.
You are responsible for the content of messages you send to Ruby. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the AI conversation system.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Exercise carries inherent risks. By using GlowStrong, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activity and assume all risks associated with exercise. GlowStrong, Design Labs Consulting, LLC d/b/a GlowStrong, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome arising from use of the App or its workout programs.
Intellectual Property
All content in GlowStrong, including workout programs, exercise descriptions, the Ruby AI persona, and the GlowStrong brand, is owned by Design Labs Consulting, LLC d/b/a GlowStrong. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Labs Consulting, LLC d/b/a GlowStrong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GlowStrong. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@glowstrong.app. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of GlowStrong after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GlowStrong shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
