GlowStrong (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Design Labs Consulting, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the GlowStrong mobile application.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account information: name and email address when you sign up
- Workout data: your schedule, workout history, exercise logs, and progress
- Conversation data: messages you send to your AI trainer (Ruby) within the app
- Device information: push notification token for workout reminders
- Usage data: how you interact with the app, including features used and sessions started
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and personalize the GlowStrong experience
- Send workout reminders and notifications you have enabled
- Power your AI trainer conversations (messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API)
- Track your workout history and progress
- Improve the app based on usage patterns
- Process subscription payments through Google Play and RevenueCat
Third-Party Services
GlowStrong uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase – secure database and authentication
- Anthropic (Claude API) – powers AI trainer conversations
- RevenueCat – subscription management and billing
- Google Play – app distribution and payment processing
- Firebase (FCM) – push notification delivery
- Expo – app infrastructure and push notifications
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We use industry-standard security measures including row-level security to ensure your data is accessible only to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
AI Conversations
Messages you send to your AI trainer (Ruby) are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses. These messages may be used by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service. We store a summary of key conversation themes to personalize future interactions.
Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we collect your device push token to send workout reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of push notifications at any time
- Export your workout history

Children’s Privacy
GlowStrong is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of GlowStrong after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
